Rates
$200 for 60 mn Session

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• I am not on any insurance panels, but insurance often pays for the services of licensed therapist
• Contact your insurance company to see if services are covered.
• I can provide you with billing which includes all the codes, and #’s you need to submit to your insurance company.
• Each plan is different, so it is important to check with your provider.
• Sometimes a medical referral is required…ask your insurance company.
• I do not take insurance as primary payment.

Reduced Fee
I do not reduce fees, as I do not reduce service.  However, I do lectures, seminars and speaking for some non-profit groups at no charge upon request.  This is part of the way I give back.

I also provide copies of CD’s of lectures on specific topics which may increase knowledge of an area at no additional charge. …If the issue is parenting, I provide a copy of MILITANT PARENTING, A GUIDE FOR PARENTS WITH PROBLEM KIDS

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
